Anyone can post, but it cannot be done anonymously any more. I examined the profiles of several users who posted photos recently. As indicated by the green check mark in the upper right corner of their profile, they are "Verified Users". I believe the requirement is to submit a photo showing your face while you are holding a handwritten sign with your user ID written on it. I am not 100% sure, but I believe this verification photo does not need to appear on your profile as long as Hamster has a copy of it tied to your profile. Other classes of posters appear to be "Content Sellers" and "Friends of Hamster". I assume these statuses also require some verification of your identity.
