    I warm up my balls with a heating pad so they get very loose, lube them and then very carefully stuff them into the steel cage one at a time. The feeling of having the weighted steel cage on is unbelievable and I like to wear it in the nude around the house and under my pants when I go out in public. Hope this answers your question,

    Yeah, they are hard to get in and out so I had to cut a "V" in the back to make it easier.  I love having them on.

    It’s easy - the urethra runs very near of the bottom of the shaft so you only need to pierce a very thin part of the penis - much less then nipples for instance . A needle and go for it , one minute later it is done and doesn’t hurt
